If it seems like everyone has an iPhone, you're not crazy. Apple reports having sold 400 million iOS devices worldwide since the iPhone's 2007 debut. Despite the Cupertino-based company's market dominance, iOS fans are hungry for more. And after becoming available for pre-order this morning, the new device has already sold out.
When Mashable asked readers in an open poll about their plans to buy the iPhone 5, nearly 31% of 10,000 respondents admit they're eager to upgrade.
About 21% of voters responded, "No, I'm sticking with my current phone." About 1,000 survey participants said they intend to buy the iPhone 5 as their first Apple mobile device.
